Bad Delivery Service

Received pergola by the most rudest delivery company, was yelled at and mistreated. Called the delivery company and received similar treatment. Why order through SAMS to get mistreated by a 4th company used by the vendor. Horrible!!!! Beware!!!

Some design flaws.

Just finished assembly yesterday. Today is raining and it is evident that there needs to be an overhang on the roof. If the metal roofing were just an inch longer the rain would shed properly. As it is, the wood will be rotted in no time. We paid for assembly but after a week and no contact, we ask for a refund and found someone else to assemble. It is, however, a beautiful structure and if we can come up with a solution for the roof/water issue I am sure we will enjoy it.

Hi Sha- Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The wood will need to be sealed with a clear waterproof sealant to keep it protected from the outdoor elements. Sealing the unit is also a key part of your warranty. We do not recommend a brand so whatever you decide to go with is just fine with us. We are confident if maintained according to the maintenance instructions in your owner's manual your gazebo will last for many years to come.

Exactly what I wanted

This gazebo is everything that I wanted. It was the finishing touch to my deck. You will need two to three people to put together. The roof rafters were the hardest part. Customer service was amazing. A main beam came cracked and they immediately sent a new one.
