Member's Mark Total Protection Incontinence Underwear for Men, Choose Size

My husband likes these better than Depends. He doesn't have problems with leaks like he does with other brands.

Better than Depends

Just recently had a prostatectomy andl have some urinary incontinence.  These work very week and protect my clothing.

Best protection.

L/xl is to small for a true xl person. They should have better both large and extra large separately

Husband liked, that's all that matters. He has been using for quite sometime. Price is good at Sam's and delivery always a plus!

These are great if your elderly family should stay in bed all night without worrying that the bed will get wet.

Great Product!

Shocking that they work even better than the name brands. Worst part is takes two weeks from ordering to shipping online. Highly recommend.

Unusual when store brand better than name brand.

I am unable to find men's disposable underwear of this quality anywhere else but Sam's.  And the price is very reasonable.

Definitely a much for aging Father who sometimes have accidents because he can't make it to the restroom in time.

As a caregiver for my husband Sam's has made my life much more difficult.  The new "improved' men's S/M diapers are junk. My husband is slim, has a 33" waist, and no butt and these new improved diapers are no good at all.
1. They are way tighter and smaller. 
2. They are not nearly as absorbent and leak WAY more making it necessary for me to have to be change them more often.  I have to use 3 times as many during the night now.
3. I now have to change the sheets every night due to excessive leakage.  
4. I nowhave more laundry too do in my spare time.  And don't tell me to use a pad.  They bunch up, shift all around and are very uncomfortable to sleep on causing bed sores.  In addition they are an expense I did not have before the "improvements" to these diapers. 
Sam's, BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL ONES!!  Help out caregivers instead of making our lives more difficult!!!!   
Or another thought is to market these as a  "Dress Up" slimmer less bulky style for going out to dinner, movies, etc. when being worn with dress pants.  Just make sure to bring a couple of spares with you.  You are going to need them!!!

"New Improvements" are NOT Improvements!!

Bought these for my husband. He is 6'2” and weighs 197 lbs. I bought the L/XL. They are a  snug fit. have to dress him and I like the snugness because the other brands I've tried were pretty loose at the leg opening which allowed leakage if he wet himself at night.  If he  had a bigger stomach I would have to order a larger size. At first I thought they wouldn't be as absorbent as other brands because they seemed lightweight, but so far they have worked fine.  Not sure how they would work for someone that has a heavy urine flow. My husband usually makes it to the bathroom middleways of his urine output.
