We purchased this online along with the assembly. It was delivered a couple of weeks later and the assembly company, Go Configure, came out to assemble it about a week later. It took them right at 5 hours. After seeing all of the boxes and parts, we are thrilled that we chose to have it put together by the pros. It fits perfectly on aggregate patio and adds so much appeal to our backyard. We are very well pleased and use it everyday! We have photos of how great it turned out. We put up our gazebo about a month ago and the family and I absolutely love it. This is a very well built beautiful addition to our deck. I put this together by myself over a couple of days and had two friends help lift the roof panels. We will be ordering a grille gazebo very soon.

Bought last fall and erected on the deck. One of the best buys that we have ever made. You have to follow the instructions closely but wasn't that hard. Made it through the winter with no issues with snow (we live in the mtns in southern colorado). We are very pleased with it and recommended it to a neighbor who watched ours all winter and is now erecting his own.

only bad part is the many wooren parts cracked but calling the factory to ship broken parts was fast, delivered within two business days. however, later on found posts cracked from the middle again. assymbled it with my wife she read instructions and i done the work :D took us 3 days including rainy days approximately (3-4 hours work a day for two people). it was fun and we surely spending more time in the back yard now. do not forget to seal the wood

I bought this 2 weeks ago and had it delivered and installed. It was so worth the extra money. The young men were do professional and respectful. They knew what they were doing and it was put together in a few hours. It looks beautiful. Looking forward to many years enjoying it.

My mom had this shipped to her house. It comes in 5 very heavy boxes! I’m glad we did not have to pick it up at the store. The delivery company was good and kept us informed by email when they would be delivering it. We originally planned to put this together by ourselves. However, I read all the reviews and chickened out! I’m so glad we didn’t attempt this. There was no way we could have done this. There is a phone number on the box from “Go Configure” so my mom decided to pay for assembly. It was only $400, compared to the $500 price tag that showed if you ordered install at the same time as she ordered the gazebo. Today the 2 installers came to the house. Ladies and gentleman, they completed this install in 2.5 hours!!!! It is beautiful! I highly recommend you bite the bullet and pay for install. I think if my husband and I would have attempted it, we would have ended up killing each other!!! (Not to mention it would have taken up a week to put up!) Love this!!!!!

We got ours from Sam’s club and absolutely love it. It’s study, high quality, and looks great. I do recommend paying the extra money to have someone else build it, though. It’s very complicated and time consuming. It took our group of 6 a full day. Also they’ve released a new one. The only thing I like more is the electrical box. I’m hoping they sell that part separately so I can add it to the older model. Love it though.

So, far pretty happy with it. Seems sturdy, good quality and great details. Love the easy access outlet. Ordered with assembly, stress free!! Took a couple of weeks to get an appointment for assembly but otherwise, very happy with our purchase. I just hope it lasts!!

It has now been a year since we installed the Brookdale gazebo in our small yard. Not only has it extended our living space outdoors, transformed the look of our yard and makes our outdoor living space more functional, but it also withstood a rather treacherous winter. It looks as good today as it did a year ago when we installed it!

They have not underestimated the time to put this together. I did it myself, only using help to get the roof panels lifted on. There were several pieces of wood with large cracks and one of the roof support pieces was split. Fixed with wood glue and screws. The instructions were pretty good, needed to play close attention to the orientation of every piece. Very important. This took me an entire weekend to assemble and dig and pour footings
