I really like the look of this and the sturdiness of the pieces. The price was amazing for the swivel chairs, I was looking for. As with anything new, the cushions are a little firm, but I don't mind. I would of like another color for the cushions, but this isn't bad. I found contrasting pillows that I added to the couch to liven it up. The pillows that come with it didn't give it that "pop" feeling. Putting together was not complicated and took maybe a 1/2 for the table. Everything else came put together. The issue I do have is the cushions. They are NOT waterproof. After a rain, the cushions were wet and heavy. I had to squeeze the water out and it took another 4 days for them to dry out. This wasn't a monsoon rain. I have now ordered covers for them sooner than I had planned. Until then, I have to bring them into an enclosed area and that's a hassle.

I waited to review the furniture to see how it would hold up its 1st season. Purchased in late spring and used heavily the last 3 months. It looks great, feels great and withstood 3 young kids. It took about 2.5 weeks from ordering to receive it and like others mentioned, came in a huge box. This was one of the main draws for me, as I don't have time to take a day to put furniture together. It'll take you longer to get it unpacked, then to actually set it up, big thumbs up. I did have an issue with one of the swivel chairs, missing a piece under the chair which prevented it from swiveling properly. I snapped a picture of both chairs to show the difference, called them up, emailed the photos, followed their process and had a new chair delivered in 2 days! You'll get compliments on how comfortable this set is from your neighbors and the covers that are included are just icing on the cake.

I've had my eye on this set for 1.5 yrs and finally bought it. It arrived today. After taking it out of the one box it is all shipped in, it was discovered that the frame of the couch is completely bent and cannot be assembled. The coffee table is also dented. I am not sure if it happened during shipping or before? We will return it to the store and try again. Hopefully the second time will work out. The chairs are comfortable.

Outstanding set, exactly as printed! Quality cusions - very thick, cleans easily. Beautiful and sturdy, strongly recommend for patio!

It all came in one box and in place and ready for sipping some afternoon drink in 35 mins! Great looking ! Very comfortable! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
