I have given this a 5 star rating for the furniture only it is very well built and very comfortable. I love the gliding swivel chairs. But the delivery is another issue!!!! I ordered it on 7/6 after weeks of no response on tracking I was lied to by 2 different people as to where it was!! I finally received it on 8/4. The shipper to the Hugh box to my back yard & said goodbye !!! He was not allowed to help me open it & definitely not help me get on my screened in porch. Very disappointed in Sams choice of shippers !!! Will not order from them again!!!

The first thing to note is that the color of this set in person is not even close to what appears on most monitors. The name Lagoon implies a cool, watery shade with a semi-tropical vibe, but that is NOT accurate of the actual fabric. The actual fabric is a hybrid of dad's old Wranglers & a chambray. It's not unpleasant, but it is odd & it is decidedly not as it appears online. I had chosen a couple of fabrics to use for extra throw pillows & such as well as adding some pots to my patio that I felt would blend with the color & had to rethink those plans after our set was delivered. The set itself is exceedingly well-constructed & very, very comfortable. Delivery was on time, as expected & staff were pleasant & helpful. Minimal assembly meant we were enjoying our set quickly, and by enjoying, I mean sitting on it and trying to figure out if we had the correct set/shade. We have had the set for 3 weeks now & thorough love it, despite the color not being what we expected. The fabric feels sturdy & even somewhat impervious to the sandy legs of grandchildren, overzealous watering, and a drooly Labrador. It wipes clean & dries beautifully. It's worth noting that although the sofa & chairs are heavy, the coffee table is very light & tends to shift out of position easily, possibly partly due to its placement on a jute rug. We may look at a way to affix some weight to it without it showing in order to keep it where we want it. Overall, this is a well-made, beautiful set but most importantly, it is oh, so comfy! We are reasonably tall people (5'7 & 6' even) and the seat backs provide just enough height to be comfortable to rest your neck & head unlike most sets we considered. I hope that Sam's Club carries this set again in the future & might even consider adding another smaller seating grouping or dining set to match. I would surely purchase additional pieces!

Our backyard is now the best entertainment and relaxing zone in the family. This seating set is extremely comfortable. It was very easy to assemble and set up. The fabric is durable and comfortable. My husband wasn't crazy about it, he was the first person to use it after we set it up and now throughly enjoys it. The whole family hangs out here in the morning and the evening.

We love this set! The quality for the price is amazing! It's comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We didn't realize that the arms of the chairs and couch look like wood but are actually metal, so they do get hot if in the sun. Overall this was a perfect choice!

I'm really pleased with this set! It came all in one huge box. The delivery service was careful to schedule with me for a time when I could be home. They called prior to the delivery to confirm. They pulled up in back as I requested and two nice men unloaded it & brought it up into the yard & placed it inside the pergola, right side up. It was easy to unpack and assemble. I had it almost finished before my husband got home. Really there is not much assembly, just put the legs on the table! The upholstery is pretty and comfortable and it does not get “wet” when it rains or if the sprinkler hits it. The water beads and in a bit it's dry again, so we don't have to contend with soggy furniture! The couch is really comfortable; plenty long enough for a grownup to take a nap! The chairs rock and swivel. The upholstery is deep and the backs are high so your neck is supported. I'm really happy I chose this set!

This is a durable set & the color is so pretty. The swivel chairs are extremely comfortable. My only surprise was that the table top & arm tops are metal. I could have missed that in the description. Now that I've adjusted to the "idea" of metal, I actually like it. The wicker, cushions & metal are so easy to clean with only a damp fiber cloth. We had a 7-year old set that we sold before moving. The wicker & Sunbrella cushions did not fade & still looked so great...reason we purchased this similar set.

This set is the perfect showpiece for my newly renovated deck & gazebo. Furniture was easy to put together and I love the teal color cushions. Sturdy and durable Sunbrella fabric and table, chair & sofa construction. The delivery was early and the delivery person was courteous and put the box in my garage! Positive experience all the way around.

Solid pieces of outdoor furniture. Would have given five stars but the order came without the furniture weather covers. I specifically ordered this set because it included the covers. I wasn't too concerned until it rained and the cushions retained water like a sponge. The seat cushions had to be turned on their sides to drain. Otherwise, the set is solid and look and seat great.

After all of the turmoil it took to get it here, it arrived slightly damaged. Also, for this to be Sunbrella fabric, I am surprised at the look. It looks like it is either faded or dirty at the top depending how you look at it. There is a line about an inch where the fabric meets. I am trying to add photos but doesn't seem to work. This is my first time buying through Sam's Club however, I think the table was packed with the chip because there was so much packing material. Not sure about this fabric that already looks dirty and used.

Don't count on getting covers. Won't send. You are requested to return the entire order and then they will re ship the order. How is a person supposed to return the product without a truck? Reading reviews it appears this is a reoccurring problem. Totally unacceptable process. However I am very happy with the set and it was very easy to assemble.
