Let's do the pros first: Furniture came about a week before it was suppose to come. It was in good condition. I love the modern look. I had chunky patio furniture and this seems sleek and comfortable. The chairs move easily and rock and rotate. Cons: The biggest complaint I have involves the shipping. We paid $129 for shipping and I did not read anywhere that they would only take it to the closest door to the street. I even asked the person on chat if the shipping meant they brought it to the patio and he told me they did. They do not. In fact, there is no "they." One person drives and delivers, but he has a fork lift. We are senior citizens and getting it back to the porch would have been a piece of cake in our 20's through 60's, but it was too hard to move the sofa back to the patio. Thank goodness for a teen grandson and his friend. The only other con was it did not come with decorative pillows. I know the description says there is none, but when I read the reviews, it seems that some people got them and some did not. I did not. All in all, I would recommend, but just be aware that there is not any set up help from Sam's Club.

We have had this set for 4 years in the AZ sun and it is still in great shape. The cushions are probably a lighter green than they were new but they still look really good. The "wicker" is in new condition. I wish the manufacturer would make the seat bottom of the couch capable of rotating up from the back with a false bottom so you could use the space under the seat for storage for pool towels or what not. I think it would be easy enough to do and would be a real advantage. All total it has exceeded my expectations.

Chair broken upon receipt!!!! Reported when got set! Still have not addressed problem! Tell me they are not hearing back from me! Have maxed several attempts by phone and email since APRIL! So I have a set with one not two chairs! Think they sent me a returned chair from someone else. Chair cushion is worn and chair makes a clunking sound! Also no tag on chair as was on other chair! Very disappointed

I got this set about a month ago and am very happy with it. Very comfortable, nice looking, fast delivery and easy set up. The swivel/rocking chairs are awesome and not often found in patio sets especially at this price point. The fabric is a little stiff as others have mentioned, but not a deal breaker, just a sign of durability. If you are on the fence, get it while you can. You won't be sorry.

I had been looking at seating sets for the patio for over a year. Most were simply too expensive. This set was EXACTLY what I wanted: a sofa and two swivel, glider chairs. I also wanted a high back for some neck support--something the outdoor industry seems to be lacking. This set did it all and at a very reasonable price. The hand applied finish on the aluminum arms is really pretty. It looks like expensive wood grain.

Bought this for my son and daughter-in-law as a house warming gift and they love it!
