paper weight

A few weeks ago I bought a UN65MU650D from Sams club to play AVI format video's which it played just fine. Based on that I just bought a UN65NU6950F which will not play AVI but only MPG. Samsung can't help

DON'T BUY THIS TV

I got this tv when I bought my house in 2015 and after 3 years it just stop working you can hear the sound but you can't see anything on it, no pictures!!!!! It just stop working!!!!!! Waste of money!!!!!

Works Perfectly

i don't know where these people bought this tv from to have all the problems. i have had mine for 2 years now and not 1 issue. i play ps5 on it now and still works great. well thats my 2 cents..

Err40001

I just got this today. Everything is fine until we go to terms and condition and it won't download. Checked all connections and smart hub and it always fail at step 5...so now it's a useless smart tv

Nothing but trouble

This TV has been nothing but trouble since I bought it 3 years ago. The ghosting is terrible. It says the software is up to date before you say that will fix this issue. The controls are awful.
