Pictures are great quality, but the sound could be louder

I purchase mine in 2019. I was watching it one night and the next morning it just stopped working. It will not power on. I called the Geek Squd and was told the board has to be replaced. It costs more in parts and labor vs buying a new television. It seems this was a poorly made model given all the issues in the reviews and the overall rating. Samsung I'm very disappointed!!

purchased tv in late november of 2018, backlight problems to much to fix. samsung needs a recall on these tvs for sure.

I just got this delivered today awesome picture,great sound not bad I replaced my 55in curved for this just can't get my soundbar to connect

The software is the only thing I have an issue with. It's a little slow performing switching between menu options.

Had other Samsungs for over 5 years but they always seem to have issues although have worked. This stopped working after about 3. It was a terrible product even when working
