Outstanding color, great sound,glad I chose Samsung.

The tv is pretty nice but the remote doesn't work as well as it should.

Not sure why you offer an additional 3 year warranty when the TV has a 3 year included warranty.

Picture OK, but not great. Limited connectivity with other devices (major drawback!).
