The top beam D1 was damaged with 2 holes in it. Awaiting to exchange that part with another one.

Sturdy, beautiful gazebo. Did take 4 guys 7 hours.

Just installed yesterday. I am very pleased with the results (some minor scrapes and dings, but overall very good). The installation crew were polite, so organized and clean up was perfect.

We are in love with our new purchase. We paid for the installation through Sams. That was the best thing we did, they were very attentive and organized everything. They let us know when everything would arrive and scheduled installation to fit our schedule. Gazebo is beautiful and well constructed, we are in love.

I’ve only had it a short time but we sat out in a rain storm and stayed comfy and dry under it. It is very sturdy. The only thing I would say is if you are not handy this may not be for you. Also this is not a one man job to put together unless you are an experienced construction person. I love it though!

Had it installed. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a little less expensive. The guys who installed it saw a few shipping damage on the materials and called in for the replacement parts. When the replacement was delivered they came back to install the gazebo. Done in 4 hours! Love it!!!

The gazebo is fine and what we expected. The post sales process and installation process has been cumbersome at best. Technician was supposed to be there 7/27 from 12-4 or 5 PM for the install. He arrived to install the gazebo around 6 and bolted a few things together and left at 8. He came back Sunday afternoon and stood the gazebo up. Missed Monday, came Tuesday...still not finished. Missed Wednesday and is coming back Thursday 8/1. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we have a secured gazebo, all the bolts installed correctly and they remove the rest of the left over shipping crates 6 days later!
