It is beautiful. The company is quick to respond and send replacement pieces. The roof is heavy to lift. We need 4 adults since some of us are not that tall. We took our time to assemble and make sure everything is plum and square. Even that we had to untighten some bolts to make sure some pieces fit in nicely. We noticed after finishing the gazebo that some pieces had filled holes and painted over with stain. By that time it is too late to replace the piece. Overall we are happy with the product.

Had it installed. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a little less expensive. The guys who installed it saw a few shipping damage on the materials and called in for the replacement parts. When the replacement was delivered they came back to install the gazebo. Done in 4 hours! Love it!!!

But this a month or so ago it is up and we absolutely love it. I'm only giving it a four because putting it together is an absolute challenge. It's very difficult to put together the instructions are not clear. You have to read very very small print to make sure that you have everything exactly together. The bolt and screws do not fit together well so we had to buy additional ones. However once we finally got it put together we love it and it's perfect

It’s a lot of time and effort to put together but the end result is worth it. Took about 12 hours over 4 days with help. My issue was the same as others.....hardware, particularly the long threaded bolts. Having to manipulate the majority of them to get to work. Besides that no problems it’s just a lot of parts.

Wow! I bought two gazebos based on an online picture and description. The results are stunning! All the parts, pieces, and instructions came in five boxes for each of the two units. It said it would take two people 9 1/2 hours to put together - ours took a little longer and a few more people because of the weight of the main posts and roof pieces. The instructions were well written and the heavy duty pieces fit together as intended. The two finished gazebos are a beautiful addition to our pool area. We will enjoy them for many years to come. They look just like the picture online.

We bought this to give us a little shade from the summer heat and to have an outdoor place to hang out with our friends and family. It looks sturdy and looks very nice on our porch. My only issue was we paid for this to be installed and had a lot of screws and pieces left after he was finished. So maybe you might want to find someone else for the install. other than that we love it !

We purchased it and hauled it home ourselves. Easy online instructions or easy to follow written instructions included. It did take longer than 8 hours and 2 guys to put up. It took about 16 hours and 2-3 guys. Missing 2 pieces but called the manufacturer. They were very nice and helpful . They sent the 2 pieces Fed Ex, which arrived in about 4 days. This is a quality piece and a great price. Would highly recommend.

We really like the look of this gazebo. But there was so many bolts and nuts missing.

I’m giving this project a 4.9. Overall, an excellent package. My critique would be that some of the pieces were reduced in length requiring them to be spliced which I think reduces the overall quality just a tick. Done that way for shipping purposes, no doubt. Were it not for that, I would have given it a solid 5. That said, it was designed so that extra strength was built in to the joints with hardware to compensate. The hardware package was a 5 . All item packages were part numbered for easy IDing and there were extras of almost all items. Assembly was easy as long as you carefully followed the instructions. Both paper and online instructions are available making that part easy. I mainly used the paper version. Just my preference. One caution, get plenty of help when installing the roof sections. I did it with two of us and it was about all we could manage. Three or four people would have made it much easier. We elected to stain the wood prior to assembly and I’m glad we did. It was much easier. Make sure your floor,piers, whatever, are plumb and square and this project will go up with minimal issues. I can easily recommend it.

Great product. Instructions were great but you really need to pay attention to all of the details. I was surprised at how everything comes together so easily.
