Gazebo nice overall, some of the screws stripped easy and a couple of the board cracked even tho they were predrilled Some of the instructions are vague Overall good quality just not happy with screws stripping before they were tightened

Go configure came out to put the gazebo together and discovered the wood was severely damaged and there was missing parts and that was two weeks ago we were told they would come pick it up and credit us and it’s still sitting in our backyard.

It is called a 12x10, so one would assume it would be a 12'x10'. It is 10'9"x9'6'. They said it is measured by the longest board-2 6'boards connected.

Very happy with the finished product. The only reason it didn’t give five stars is the hardware that it takes to put it together. Factory threads didn’t line up on several nut/bolt combos.

Looks great but materials are very cheep, its either pine or Faux wood, and the shipping is a pure rip off, if you know the right people you can have this built with real Cederand would last long long time

I love our Backyard Gazebo, I've added lights & a fan which makes it a very calming oasis on our back patio. Love to share it with friends for late evening wine & snacks. The electric outlets on the post are perfect to hook up the fan, lights & music.

This product is very good quality. But it is hard to assemble. It has "a million" pieces. The instructions say it will take two people 8 hours, but is more like 3-4 and 16 hours. Also, the screws are very sensitive and strip very easily if they are not threaded exactly. As a suggestion, a very high torque driver is necceasary. I am pleased with the product, I just should have paid for installation.

I am so happy I went with this gazebo. It was a challenge to put together because some predrilled holes didn't want to easily line up or the screws took a few tries to thread right but I the end I am so happy with it! We did paint the roof black to match our roof and it looks great!

Bought this beautiful and sturdy gazebo a month ago and it was assembled this week. We're very impressed with the quality and beauty of this gazebo.

Some of the longer bolts are hard to screw in. Improvement on easier threading needs to be made. Other than that, assembly went well. Good product.
