My husband bought this gazebo at Sam's, Medford, NY. It is not worth the $1,600 + that we paid for. First of all the wood is very cheap, it cracks very easily and I doubt that it will stand any weather conditions in NY. When we installed the sheeting according to the specs on the instructions, we have a 1/2 inch gab running down on both sides of the roof. After contacting bydinfo@backyarddiscovery.com thru email, this person wants a picture from all 4 sides of the unit and some of the gaps on both sides. Its obvious that the gazebo has gaps as I already send in pictures. Do not buy this gazebo, not worth the money.

Did I mention I absolutely LOVE this gazebo! My spouse and I assembled this ourselves. It took 1and a half day to put together. We started as soon as it was delivered at 8 a.m. and had the frame up by 12 p.m. It was gut wrenching hot so we waited for the next morning to put the roof on. For our first DIY it was super easy and fun to put together.. We did run into a few hit or miss spots because the Mr. overlooked the predrilled holes. After the first mistake and a correction. We learned from it and it was a breeze from there on out. The roof almost killed us..lol! It was only he and I to put it on and it was a funny challenge so I suggest getting someone else to help and make sure they are a strong male! All in all, I'm glad we saved the assembly fee. This gazebo is SUPER gorgeous. Pictures of it seems so unreal how beautiful it is. A fan, tv, and lighting are going to be added very soon.

We bought this and paid for the assembly last summer, we had it set up on our already established concrete pad. Assembly was great and we paid an extra 100$ to have it screwed into the concrete!! We live in a very windy area and this thing has survive 89 mph gusts of wind and 30.9 inches of snow and didn’t even bat an eye!! So glad we purchased this!! I don’t know of many more products that would survive!

This came in six boxes on a pallet about 7 months ago. My wife and I put it together in our shed and the moved it out side to the footings. Everything was well packaged. Most importantly all the pieces were there and in pristine condition. There are probably 20 bags of fasteners with small black identification/part numbers on them. Take a red or purple sharpie and write the last three numbers in red, large enough to easily be seen. This made assembly go so much quicker. Otherwise you are searching for the black ink on clear bags containing black parts. We were amazed how easily the assembly went. Almost all the holes and hardware line up perfectly. We have done some remodeling work in the past but we are far from being experts and we had no issues.

We installed this at our cabin a year ago. We love it and would recommend it. The only thing was the screws were not machined well and we had to take a wire brush to them. It was a pretty big task for two guys in the 70's, but they got it done.
