Excellent quality. Beautiful. Assembly was more than I anticipated. I put the roof on with the help of my 12 year old daughter... I would recommend 3-4 men. Instructions could have been a bit more clear.

Nice and big and guys setting it up were great and got it done 2 hours . I just wished I got the one with the out side outlets like what was in sam's club but other than that it's good . Looks solid and love cedar smell.

We bought this gazebo 5 or 6 years ago and it was a lovely addition to our patio. I would have given this 5 stars until this winter. The wood needed to be stain/seal after the first year which is to be expected, but this year when the snow slid off the roof, the metal finish came with it. I am going to contact Sams Club to see what they can do about getting it replaced.

What is the max characters here? So for starters was told I could order parts in emails, called to order and told I could not order the parts that are in my email in form of an invoice. By the way they charge as much for shipping the parts as the actual parts cost so much for free shipping. Dings, dents, and scratches are to be expected and the directions for assembly are fairly dismal. Parts labeled but some are hard to se and some are in spots that make them visible on the assembled structure. No touch up included so when black products are scraped and stain is rubbed or scratched off by inadequate protection in the packaging good luck on a stain match. Yes the product is stained however does not seem to be a water repellent stain as water soaked into parts that were laid out and then it rained. Fit and finish leave a lot to be desired in this age of cnc machines, holes not deburred, holes not lining up. Yes assembly would be easier with two or three people but I did assemble on my own. Did change some of the suggested methods to make that easier for one person. Such as assembled roof rafters and joists and then installed, then installed the steel from ladder working through the rafters. Have to admit it did save me time as it was pre-cut and drilled so it only took two days labor to erect the frame.

It came damaged. We sent it back via the freight company, we were not offered anything for the inconvenience or a replacement from Sam's Club. We were so excited to have this installed and have been thinking about it for the past two seasons. We are waiting on a refund to our credit card.
