I have enjoyed the new TV which replaced an LED. Very nice image when the signal is 4k. The LG software makes it much harder to live with though. Also, if you hook up bluetooth headphones you are limited to one other audio option and for those with a sound bar you can't choose it...you're limited to the TV's audio which is fair at best. Overall, I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.

I bought my LG OLED a month ago and was glad I decided to upgrade from a standard LED. The colors are so bright and crisp - no blending. The sound is so clear. The plug and play made it very easy to set up and the remote although different from my last one was easy to figure out. The one thing that I was disappointed in was that nearly all new televisions come with dual voltage, and I assumed this would, but it does not. This is only reason I dropped the overall rating from very good to good. I like the customer care process, enabling you to find an answer to your question.

I bought this tv almost a month ago and I'm in love with it. It has the best picture and sound quality and I specially love its air mouse/cursor feature. The home screen layout is also so nice. I can go between my apps so easily. I cant stay even a single day without watching any of my favorite shows on it.

The clarity on this TV is stunning. You can get a clear view from any angle in the room. As I am getting older and needing to wear eye glasses more, clarity was most important for me when I made the choice to purchase this TV. It does not disappoint. No glasses needed to view this one. I highly recommend

The TV has a Great Picture the only drawback is its Alexa integration. Even with the “Always Ready” on there is a 1-2 second delay for Alexa to respond. The built in Mic has a poor range causing you to have to speak louder. (This is most likely a software issue that can be resolved.) This comparison is based on Fire TV Omni and Fire TV cube's performance ( < .25 sec) doing the same tasks. I ended up reverting back to using the Fire TV cube. It's a perfect combination. I was concerned on unboxing and damaging the TV because the screen in so thin. LG impressed me with their box design. With two people this was not a issue. The picture looks best on the Vivid setting. Combined with a high end LG sound bar this setup has amazing picture and sound. I rate the Picture and sound at 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The Alexa integration at 1 Star ⭐️

I have owned a 48-inch LG C2 television for approximately a week. I was simply up grading from a ten year old Panasonic television. I was very impressed with the picture quality. The speakers are very good and put out a lot of sound for the size of the television. The operating system works fairly well but could use some improvements. For example, the television does not communicate with my google home hub. Also, there is no app for the PBS stations.

Really good TV picture; outstanding. What wasn't there were any useful information about the additional accessories and possible clamps for ? cables, or ??. Some type of plug in sensors?? Even a few details on the stand setup could have been helpful. Next to zero documentation or links to such. Owners manual is also a joke!, 4 pages on paper or same as pdf online!

It makes movie night on a whole new level! The colors are amazing and the black is black. The night, or dark, scenes that I couldn't really see what was going on before are now easy to see. And I haven't noticed any blurring from fast motion, which I was worried about. Very happy.
