This is our first smart tv. So far, we love it! Easy to access Netflix movies by pressing one button or by voice command remote control. Also, LG offers its own channels, giving us more options. Watching older programs may require an adjustment to brighten the picture. However, with respect to current and newer programs, the picture is quite brilliant, sharp and colorful!

We like the sound and picture quality (coupled with an LG soundbar with Dolby Atmos) but the operating system (Web OS) is really frustrating. Once you enter a zip code (which you'll be prompted to do) , the fireworks Screensaver goes away never to be retrieved again. Instead, a drifting clock with weather shows up after a set amount of time. The OS comes with really nice artwork and scenery for a Screensaver and I've selected them as our setting but we never see them - only the clock. A terrible feature of this system is that, if you leave Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc paused for a while, the TV goes into sleep mode but not before switching back to the stock LG stations which we NEVER want to watch. When we wake it up, we have to go through the menu to find out streaming service and show again. Trying to use voice to search for a show on a steaming channel hasn't worked once yet. Also, I had to run an Ethernet cable to the TV because wifi would not stay connected long enough to watch even one full hour long show. Maybe I just need more time to figure all of this out but I'm a computer tech and have had many smart TVs so what does that say about the Web OS system?

Bought a 77" for my living room about 6 months ago. Love it so much I replaced my bedroom TV with the same LG OLED but 65C model. Love everything about it. Sound is clear, crisp; picture is clear, vibrant, no distortion at any angle, even with sun coming through; features are state of the art and work with Alexa; voice assistance; can get all the apps; light weight, smart design. Don't wait to get one. You'll never go back to other brands or cheaper models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got to uncrate & see actual TV 2 months after receiving due to home construction. The TV is beautiful - color is amazing. My only complaint is the remote that must have been designed for a child's hand. The buttons are so close together I'm constantly pressing 2 at a time. The fact that nothing lights up when using is a real bummer. Sorry LG - there is nothing "MAGIC" about the remote! It cost you a star in my review. I am really enjoying the TV. Would like more info. on cleaning up home screen & deleting apps I won't use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy. Screen is magnificent, better than the movie theater. Some setup issues with choosing a startup screen and not a fan of proprietary advertising. When you spend this much for a TV, you shouldn't need to be a captive audience.

I have never bought an lg product tv or anything lg...but I will definitely be buying more lg oled tvs in the near tv..I use this television for gaming and occasionally watch movies.. this tv is absolutely amazing for gaming and movie watching..thanks lg great job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price is up there but the difference in tech from the OLED to any predecessor is amazing and worth it. The lighting and range of color are fantastic and the best I have seen in any TV set. We have used this for movies, OTA, and sports viewing, and our computer for browsing and it is able to handle everything we throw at it and just simply looks fantastic no matter the content. The only problem I am having is with the magic remote. The voice search is buggy and does not work all the time. I'm hoping to get it figured out soon. I will update my review if warranted.

The TV tuner needs to be upgraded. We added a ZJBox to receive more channels from the leaf antenna. The remote control is not backlit, and universal remotes don't work on LG. The picture has wonderful depth of color, which is why we bought it. The internal speaker is mediocre.

We purchased this TV a couple of weeks ago and we like this model very much. The TV pictures/colors/sounds are perfect so far. It's slim and perfectly fit into our TV stand as well. We would recommend this model to anyone who is looking for a good TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I had a nice LED curved TV that I bought about 4 years ago that was considered one of the top of the line at that time. This new OLED from LG is so clear and has amazing color depth. It was a night and day difference and with the new Xbox series x it makes gaming smooth and beautiful, the refresh rate without any screen tearing is also sweet. Movies that support HDR and are UHD look stunning. Highly recommend this TV (see pic for model)
