Very good ricotta cheese. Has a light sweet taste, texture is perfect.

Hands-down, the best ricotta cheese I have ever had. What a shame Sam’s Club has chosen to discontinue this item. They really need to bring it back. It’s nice to have a few quality items available to make the membership worthwhile.

Fantastic price for the tub. Great to use for lasagna, pizza and even for cookies.

It looked more like cream cheese

This ricotta cheese is so thick, I had to thin it out. I like the regular ricotta consistency.
