I am glad that Sams Club got this product it is way better than PollyO. Still not like the old fashion block Ricotta but it is still very good!

I made lasagna with this and the cheese was luscious. It stayed smooth really complimented the dish. That I noticed says a LOT!

So glad Sam's is now again selling ricotta cheese. Got the last two. That's how popular it is during the holidays. Lot of people making lasagna or stuff shells.

This is the best ricotta cheese ever! It’s smooth and creamy and delicious. It’s also less expensive at Sam’s Club than anywhere else I’ve found. I can’t say enough about the excellent quality of this product.

I love this Ricotta cheese, nothing compares to it. It is smooth and cream, most other ricotas are grainy. It is sweet and makes beautiful Italian cannolies. Sam's club carries other BelGioioso products. This is one of their best. Please bring it back to the store where I shop. 80907
