Excellent ricotta

This whole milk ricotta is creamy and delicious. It is great for tiramisu or just mixing with some sugar and cinnamon to put on my toast in the morning. I've also whipped it with coffee syrup flavoring, whichever you like, to make a great fruit dip. I highly recommend this product.

This ricotta cheese is by far the best brand I’ve ever tasted. It’s incredibly creamy and smooth. It also doesn’t have a lot of liquid, so you can make recipes with little or no straining. BelGioioso Platinum, is the Best ricotta cheese on the market today. I really hope Sams Club, continues to keep this in stock and continues buying from their company. Outstanding. I love the products Sam’s Club has been bringing in AND at such an affordable price. This would cost more then triple in the Italian deli.

Best for cannoli cream

I am glad that Sams Club got this product it is way better than PollyO. Still not like the old fashion block Ricotta but it is still very good!

I made lasagna with this and the cheese was luscious. It stayed smooth really complimented the dish. That I noticed says a LOT!

Container was broken and dried ricotta was oozed out of the side making it a partially open container. Clearly it did not break from the ride home as it was very dry
