I’ve had this washer going on two years Works well no issues with clothes I don’t understand why the lid is tilted. Everything falls off the lid. Very annoying. Miss my old washer

Washing has never been this quiet and dependable and easy to operate. Samsung washers, in general, are very reliable. My other 2 sisters have Samsung top load washers, too. No complaints.
