Immediately Molded

I bought this on 1/17/15. I opened it to use 4 days later, and there was already mold growing on the inside. Use by date is 5/4/15. Not buying again.

Does not melt well

I used this to make alfredo sauce. It did not melt well and was very clumpy and grainy. It ruined the entire meal. Do not recommend.

Ahhh! So much mold!

Mirroring many other reviews. This cheese gets moldy WAY before the stated expiration date. Yuck!
