Fantastic quality and quantity

i feel compelled to write this negative review. Member's Mark is my go to for everything, until now. i can't believe they have their name on this product. this cheese was in my refrigerator for four weeks BEFORE being opened. that is when i used it for the first time, (it was securely wrapped, with a best if used date of 04/17/23) there was a big ball of mold in the middle of the container. Do NOT purchase this product, if you expect it to last until you need it for a special occasion.

Great product for cooking, terrible atorange life. I bought in late May and used to make lasagne. Have kept in refrigerator per label instructions. I pulled out container yesterday (mid-July) and there is mold throughout the product. I buy from Sams in bulk to save money not waste it. In short, good product for immediate use. Do not buy if you plan to keep any on hand for more than a week or so.
