Great price for shredded parmesan!

I think I will like the quantity size

Tasty strips of cheese. Need to bag it in ziplocs and freeze so it won't get mold on it.

Haven’t opened it yet but the container is nice and easy to grip.

No fillers mixed in just fresh Parmesan cheese.

Not as sharp as a "sharp" parmesan should be. And it goes moldy too quickly.

So good for cooking topping, tastes like you just grind it yourself.

Coarse, dry, and a fair flavor.

Excellent flavor,,reasonable cost and mixes with other cheese well. Enhances any dish.
