This cheese is great and has the best taste!

I purchase this product often. Great in recipes and sprinkled on salads.

I’ve bought it 3 times and still only last max 2 weeks and starts to get mold

The shreds were too long and rigid (almost plastic-ey) I chopped it all up with kitchen scissors.

Serves the purpose for which it was intended. I prefer the mixed parm/reggiano

Taste and size of the shreds make this our favorite! Freezes well.
