I gave two stars since the meat was very lean and is a decent price. That being said we won't be buying again. No matter how long we cooked this hamburger there were pieces that stayed pink/red and if you fried them up it fried up pink. This tells me that there is a lot of red food dye in this ground hamburger. No thanks.

Our family loves this ground beef. Not only is it the cheapest extra lean beef, it is some of the best. The flavor is great, and I love there is never any grease to drain. Each pound of meat is vacuum sealed, so it will last in the freezer forever, and it’s easy to use one point at a time.

This is hit and miss. Many times the meat has been really tough, grizzly pieces and compact. Not the best flavor. I have bought other ground beef from other stores that taste much better. Good price though and the cubes make it easy to stack in your freezer and thaw out, but be aware that often there are tiny holes in the packaging you will find while thawing. I stocked my freezer with these cubes, but I probably won't buy this product again due to the inconsistency in texture and lack of flavor.

I have been buying this meat for a while, most I would get off of it was maybe tablespoon of juice /fat. Seems recently I am needing multiple papertowels to soak up all the water and fat. Lately I feel like I am needing to rinse the meat off as it appears to have higher fat. Where you can see the white fat all on it once it's refrigerated.

I have always bought local farm raised full beef cows and stocked the freezer. With my kids now gone it is just too much to put in the freezer. I have never found ground beef that was edible compared to the grass fed local beef. This is very close to its quality and consistency. I will be buying this for all of my ground beef needs from now on.

I FOUND NONE OF THESE PACKS OF CHOP MEAT R GOOD, SO FATTY, TASTELESS, NEVER AGAIN, WHAT IS THIS MEAT! THROUGH IT OUT.
