I'd like to see this ground up more. It has the appearance of larger fatty pieces that are a different texture. The only way I can describe it is like shredded meat casings.

This is the best tasting meat I have had. It's super lean, I have to add oil to it. For me that's a good thing, I put just a little olive oil in it and it's never greasy. I highly recommend.

This is a great product, unfortunately for like the second month in a row, you are not able to click on it to have it picked up at the store. You can go in the store and purchase it, however you're not able to do pick up. I have talked to the store manager and I still can't seem to get any help. I called corporate can't get any help.
