Member's Mark 93/7 Ground Beef, priced per pound

Packaging and 93%lean got my sale.  However, It will NOT GET BROWN no matter how long you cook it.  There is something weird going on with this meat.

WON'T GET BROWN

This isn't beef. I don't know what it is but it's not normal. I cooked for a very long time and it doesn't brown. It's very off putting.

I enjoy having this freezer ready beef. I liked the quality and the taste. I will be purchasing again.

Meat

Meat was okay; but as I cooked it, a substantial amount of water seeped out.   That means that water is comprising part of the weight I am buying.   That's very expensive water.

Has an issue.

This ground beef is delicious and there’s very little fat, if any, to drain.  I separate them into 3 individual portions and put them in freezer bags in the freezer. Always have fresh ground beef in the house.  Just defrost what you need the night before you want to use it.

Love the individual 1 lb packages
