Love this high quality beef. Not fatty, and for a family with sensitive stomachs, is always a hit. Good natural flavor, I purchase again and again!

Convenient packaging can be easily split into 3 portions for freezing of cooking. Meat broke apart easily and fried nicely.

I like the uniform packaging. Fits well in the freezer. Tastes like it would anywhere else, but usually the price is better at Sam's.

Stored this in the freezer after buying it- it kept fine. The meat tasted great and seemed to have a good ratio of fat.

Got in a pick up order—Expiration date was in two days. Vacuum packed shouldn’t be that close to expiration but you rely on the employee to look.
