I like that this meat is vacuum packed with no air. This lets me keep them in my freezer for a few months. I hate that this meat is just completely full of water. When I try to cook just one pound of this in a pan, even on the highest heat, the meat ends up boiling in it's own water before it browns.

Price per pound listed here says $5.96/lb but is actually $6.49/lb. Still better than in the grocery store but inaccurately posted in the listing.

Love buying burger in bulk. The smaller vacuum sealed sections make it easy to freeze if not going to use before date.

Good % fat, only 7%. Good quality. Considering what has happened to beef prices, this is a good buy.

The ground beef is lean and delicious. But I really prefer it because the packaging is super convenient.

Cut individual sealed packages apart to freeze. Very lean and not processed with a bunch of added water. Paying for meat and not water. Much better quality than Walmart and cheaper

Absolute great purchase for the money. Sam’s was out of this project a few weeks ago and I went to my local grocery store. I could not believe the price was 30% higher! Which is why I have a Sam’s membership and shop there

I made different recipes with each one. They had a rubbery texture. Don’t know if it was too lean and needed more fat, but I have never had this problem before.

I have traditionally purchased 80/20, but this ground beef has great flavor and is not dry or sinewy. It’s my new favorite, plus the packaging helps when you’re cooking for 1-2.

I try to buy the leanest hamburger I can get my hands on to avoid excess oiliness in my cooking. Many other brands including local butch shops have so much fat I need to drain the burger multiple times before serving.
