These are just the right size for a family of two. Not much grease to drain either.

Very good lean ground beef. Like the convenience of 1 lb packaging.

Lean meat, great taste. Cook quickly.

Meat was okay; but as I cooked it, a substantial amount of water seeped out.   That means that water is comprising part of the weight I am buying.   That's very expensive water.

Has an issue.

This ground beef is delicious and there’s very little fat, if any, to drain.  I separate them into 3 individual portions and put them in freezer bags in the freezer. Always have fresh ground beef in the house.  Just defrost what you need the night before you want to use it.

Love the individual 1 lb packages
