These pans are heavy and have a high quality finish. They are easy to clean and work great on the induction cooktop.

great for induction stove, but certainly not NON STICK. But, it does come clean quickly. Pans are very large! And there are lots of them. I will like very much.

Good quality, heavy duty. Eggs stick to the pan unless you heat the pan beforehand. Even then, it is not as convenient as non-stick. Regardless, they are very good. Should wash and dry by hand to prevent spotting.

nothing to dislike. learned quickly how to heat %26 use high temp cooking oil with fry pans. clean up is easy and everything I cook from eggs to steak is great. The key to everything is being careful with the heat. I use low to medium with gas flame and never above medium and can sear a steak perfectly before using the same pan in the oven to finish to preferred temp. Leave pan cool completly before cleaning %26 dry immediatly. Thats all there is. Patients is the key. This company makes pans in Brazil and China so make sure you order the pans with solid lids. These are made in brazil with Steel made in brazil while I understand the pans with glass lids are made in china.
