I’m a chicken salad snob. I didn’t have stone to make from scratch, but ended up x10. This was too liquid to make croissants. And the flavor and texture lacked the lemon of real mayo. I went through many hoops to present it.

We have been using this chicken salad for years and it’s always fresh and delicious. Good for sandwiches or the meal entree. Great money saver while supplying needed protein.

We have enjoyed this salad for several years. The last one we got was not up to standard. The date on the top is hard to read. I should have brought it back but it just wasn’t convenient.
