My husband has been asking for chicken salad. By the time you buy all the ingredients, it was cheaper to buy already made from Sam's Club. When I got home, my husband was hungry, so I made him a chicken salad sandwich. He liked it and asked for a second sandwich. The chicken salad is not salty, has just enough mayo and ingredients to make it creamy. I typically put mayo on the sandwich rolls, but with this chicken salad, we didn't need mayo. We both loved it. I put some on my salads, went well with Ranch dressing. Will definitely buy again.

Never got to taste. It has a big blog of mold sitting on top. I purchased on a Sunday had in refrigerator the whole time seal was not broke until I opened on the following Tuesday.Wrote Sams about it on my lunch break and never got a respond about it . I had to work the next 3 days for 12-13 hr a day left for vacation after the last day of work and never got a chance to take it back .I also noticed I was charged for 2 but I only had one.

This is a staple in our house. It's so nice when you just want a quick lunch, or maybe to add some with a green salad for dinner. They have two varieties, this one is sweet, but the cranberry one is even sweeter. Excellent quality, as are most Members Mark products.. Our elderly mom loves it! (and she's really picky)

I used to make my chicken salad from scratch, but the arthritis in my hands and age put a stop to all the kitchen work. I buy this as a base, and had dijon mustard, and sometimes pecan pieces. Always get compliments and never tell them my secret! 😜 I stuff the baby croissants from Sam's with baby spinach leaves, my chicken salad, and top with a toothpick with a cherry tomatoes. So easy, and I store them in the original croissant containers with damp paper napkins spread over them to keep them moist. Can actually make the day before serving; in a pinch, two days. Leftovers can be eaten up to a week, but just keep moist paper towels over them to keep them moist. Change the paper towels daily.

I have been wanting to try this product for over 2yrs now. I did try it then because of all the additives and preservatives. However, Sam's Club recently started working to remove over 40+ ingredients in their Member's Mark brand. I recently have noticed they have started doing that. So.. this was actually to my suprise was very well tasting. Its also a great alternative for a healthy meal for family on those busy days you dont have time to cook.

First time I've tried this because there was no rotisserie chicken salad available. Emplyee told me they were out of celery so they couldn't make the rotisserie salad. Was buying it for bridal shower the next day so I had to get Members Mark. Just wasn't as good as the rotisserie salad.

It was chunky, and looked the part. The flavor was almost absent and the creaminess began to separate almost immediately.

The Members Mark Chicken Salad does not taste as good as the previous Chicken Salad Sam's previously sold. I would never purchase the Member's Mark Chicken Salad again.

I'm a chicken salad snob. I didn't have stone to make from scratch, but ended up x10. This was too liquid to make croissants. And the flavor and texture lacked the lemon of real mayo. I went through many hoops to present it.

Celery, onions, and bell peppers were way too big.. spent most of my time spitting it out because the chunks of veggies were HUGE!!! I'll stick with the rotisserie chicken salad from Walmart even though it's more expensive!
