First time I ever bought it. I found it to be a premium chicken salad with large chunks as well as small bits of chicken. It was not over spicy and had a nice firm crunch to it occasionally. It is thick like potato salad and not runny at all. When I put it on the bread not much falls off the sides. I think I could fix 6-7 nice helping 4" square ciabatta bread roll sandwiches out of a 2 lb container and an adult eating one for dinner would be satisfied. I will buy it again for sure.
