Cats use to eat it right away. Now they go more to the dry. Like everything else im sure ingredients have chesprned but price has gone way up.

Awful it’s all gravy know.

This used to be my go to food before they change the recipe. They literally took out 50% of the protein and added 50% gravy. The gravy drips and stains my furniture

Two of the cans were broken in the box and there maggots in the box. Yet the workers packed the box into my mothers car that stunk and was obviously noticeable.

Both my cats like the pate’ flavors and texture. They don’t like chunks or shreds. Sam’s was out of type they liked, so I temporarily got these to hold over until they got the pate’ in stock. Even the feral cats wouldn’t eat as much of this kind.

Quality is inconsistent. Some are all water.

Cat likes product but the quality is inconsistent. Some of the cans are nearly all water (gravy.) Vendor needs to improve their Quality Assurance processes.

Cans cane dented/opened

Cats love this brand but the delivery quality was horrible. I had to get rid of 10 cans because they were dented so badly that the seal was broken. Nearly every other can in BOTH 60 packs are also dented but not as badly.

Crushed leaking cans

My cats love Friskies and I've bought it for years. When I received my last purchase the box was wet on the bottom. I thought it had gotten wet in the rain. Instead there were 8 cans that were crushed so badly that they were leaking in the box. The odor from the leaking cans was horrible. The worst cans were on the outer edges but even cans in the center of the box were damaged. I feel like the box was damaged in the warehouse before it was put in the shipping box. This is the second time it has happened. Sam's has always been one of my favorite stores because of the dependability of online orders. This was a huge disappointment.

Arrived damaged

Product arrived open and missing 2 cans. Not sure if your employees purposely get the most damaged box but it also had a can that was leaking. The replacement process is not very customer friendly. You made me box the product and use my shipping tape. Then made me go to FedEx and drop it off. You should have arranged for FedEx to pick up the item at my home since it was not my fault.
