This is the only wet food my cats will eat. They love Friskies. Good price for 60 cans and no need to keep running to the store because it can be delivered

Product arrived open and missing 2 cans. Not sure if your employees purposely get the most damaged box but it also had a can that was leaking. The replacement process is not very customer friendly. You made me box the product and use my shipping tape. Then made me go to FedEx and drop it off. You should have arranged for FedEx to pick up the item at my home since it was not my fault.

The last two cases we’ve purchased have been watered down. The last case was so bad, I quit using it after five cans. My cats were all getting sick. One of my cats began vomiting profusely, with diarrhea, and had to be taken to the vet. He almost died. The rest of my cats were puking, but not to the same degree. I’ve bought this for over 30 years. So disgusted in the changes they’ve made. Never again!!

Poor packaging for an item that is ONLY available by shipping!! It was delivered today in a large box WITH two boxes of protein shakes. It was really heavy, and I'm sure the delivery person had a hard time carrying it. As it was, I had to open it on my porch and carried just the cat food box in -thank God, because when I got to the kitchen I realized that a few of the cans were broken open and the inside of the box was covered with gravy and ANTS! I'm sure the cats will like it, but I now have a huge mess to clean up and am not happy!

I don't know why the meaty parts are a turn off for them, but they seem to like the gravy that comes with it. There is no advantage to buying this large amount, as I can get 60 cents a can elsewhere and only have to buy two dozen cans. There are two flavors that have a 2.8% ash content and four flavors that have a 2/5% ash content. I don't know why ash is even in there, since it is a troublemaker. The cats I've had didn't like turkey flavor or salmon, so those are two varieties I can't use. That leaves me with three out of the six varieties I can use. As far as recommending the product, I can't really. But if you're on a low budget and trying to increase the moisture in your cat's diet, as well as finding ash content lower than 3% a can, Friskies shreds are available. Like I said, not a good deal but cheaper than some store selections.

I bought this product a month ago. I have purchased it several times prior and was was happy with each shipment. For some reason, there were four damaged cans at the very bottom of the box whose tops were caved in exposing the product, which was dried out in each can and not edible. Had to throw them away. I will continue to purchase the product because my cat likes it, but unfortunately, I will have to check each can for damage once I receive my shipment.

The cat food is fine. Unfortunately the delivery was not. The box The cat food arrived to my home in bad shape. I had to throw away 10 cans of cat food because they broke open and spilled all over my other items that were in the same box as the cans of cat food. Do better sams club. I feel I should be compensated for the 10 lost cans of cat food.

My cat was diagnosed with feline diabetes a little over a month ago. We've been adjusting her doses of insulin and trying to get her on a low carb food.. she hated all of it, until she tried this stuff. She's not a huge fan of the pate by itself, but I mix the gravy pleasers with the pate and she can't get enough! Her glucose levels are also the best they've ever been and are finally below 200! I'm not giving any kind of medical advice - please talk to your vet before trying different foods if your cat has any kind of health issues! But for my cat - this food was the answer. I couldn't be happier!

I used to buy this in store but now it id deliver only.... 1 The LACK OF PACKING when you buy two, causes them to slam around which breaks the boxes inside and bursts several cans.. MAJOR mess. 2 Sams uses FedEX and the drivers go by GPS only. Their GPS system is off and I have had packages delivered to wrong address more than once. I caught one driver dropping off my package at neighbors and I asked him if the ever look at the house numbers. His reply was.. The GPS says it goes here and he drive off. I will not order delivery from SAMS until they dump FedEx.

AWAYS expect several dented and burst cans. Major mess terrible odor. Sams will not pick up damaged product FedEx will not accept the leaking mess they delivered! The product formula has also changed. My cats have developed gut issues after eating this food for years. Vomiting, diarrhea, gas, poor coat, weight loss also. Have gone to a better quality product. It does cost a bit more, but in less than a month my cats have made much progress with their stomach issues and overall health. Have NOT had to deal with Sams or FedEx customer service.
