The cat food is fine. Unfortunately the delivery was not. The box The cat food arrived to my home in bad shape. I had to throw away 10 cans of cat food because they broke open and spilled all over my other items that were in the same box as the cans of cat food. Do better sams club. I feel I should be compensated for the 10 lost cans of cat food.

My cats love Friskies and I've bought it for years. When I received my last purchase the box was wet on the bottom. I thought it had gotten wet in the rain. Instead there were 8 cans that were crushed so badly that they were leaking in the box. The odor from the leaking cans was horrible. The worst cans were on the outer edges but even cans in the center of the box were damaged. I feel like the box was damaged in the warehouse before it was put in the shipping box. This is the second time it has happened. Sam's has always been one of my favorite stores because of the dependability of online orders. This was a huge disappointment.

Product arrived open and missing 2 cans. Not sure if your employees purposely get the most damaged box but it also had a can that was leaking. The replacement process is not very customer friendly. You made me box the product and use my shipping tape. Then made me go to FedEx and drop it off. You should have arranged for FedEx to pick up the item at my home since it was not my fault.

My cat was diagnosed with feline diabetes a little over a month ago. We've been adjusting her doses of insulin and trying to get her on a low carb food.. she hated all of it, until she tried this stuff. She's not a huge fan of the pate by itself, but I mix the gravy pleasers with the pate and she can't get enough! Her glucose levels are also the best they've ever been and are finally below 200! I'm not giving any kind of medical advice - please talk to your vet before trying different foods if your cat has any kind of health issues! But for my cat - this food was the answer. I couldn't be happier!

Poor packaging for an item that is ONLY available by shipping!! It was delivered today in a large box WITH two boxes of protein shakes. It was really heavy, and I'm sure the delivery person had a hard time carrying it. As it was, I had to open it on my porch and carried just the cat food box in -thank God, because when I got to the kitchen I realized that a few of the cans were broken open and the inside of the box was covered with gravy and ANTS! I'm sure the cats will like it, but I now have a huge mess to clean up and am not happy!

This was an online order and it was delayed. About five cans were damaged inside the box and the tops were popped open which caused the gravy to spill out. Disappointed in how this was packaged. Lost at least five cans. My cats didn't like this product as much as the pate type.

The last two cases we’ve purchased have been watered down. The last case was so bad, I quit using it after five cans. My cats were all getting sick. One of my cats began vomiting profusely, with diarrhea, and had to be taken to the vet. He almost died. The rest of my cats were puking, but not to the same degree. I’ve bought this for over 30 years. So disgusted in the changes they’ve made. Never again!!

This was 29 dollars shipped 2 years ago. How the heck did it go to 37 dollars, and that is without tax. The food is pretty bad anymore. My oldest cats refuse to eat it and only lick the gravy. Your superinflated prices just makes this a no on my shopping list.
