I wish that Sam's would have this product available in-store, again. Out of two cases, I have more than 20 dented, unusable cans. Thing is, the packing box is perfectly fine which tells me that the product, which is obviously damaged, was purposely boxed up and shipped. I will return the product after the next order which will, most likely have more dented cans .

It's utterly insane how much friskies wet catfood had gone up in price during the pandemic, even more so considering the quality has dramatically decreased. Our cat will barely even eat some flavors now, opting to just lick off the gravy and leave the cardboard-like, or whatever they use as filler, untouched in his bowl. This last box had a bad can inside that had ballooned up, expanding the can somehow to about 1.5x it's original size. I left it in the box, with the intention of taking a picture and sending it to Friskies, rather than driving an hour back to Sam's Club and exchanging the box in store. But out cat is always curious about new boxes in the house. A few hours after opening it, he'd climbed inside. We heard a loud pop from two rooms away and found him in the box with the can of THE MOST HORRIBLE SMELLING MESS exploded all over him. I immediately gave him a bath, hoping he didn't eat any in the few minutes it took us to figure out where the sound had come from. He didn't get sick, fortunately, at least not noticeably, as he lays about a lot and only half eats his friskies wet food these days. But he eats plenty of dry food. We had to discard the box with the exploded can immediately, as it literally was THE WORST SMELL I've ever encountered. Sewage smells like flowery perfume by comparison. We've fed this to our cats for decades, but will be extremely leery of this brand going forward. Unfortunately, most pet food brands have lost their mind, charging a premium that makes it enticing for people to return to preparing their own pet food again. As with other food industries, like nutritious drinks and even candy bars, these days you don't know if the price is higher because of supply issues, labor shortages, etc, or simply because the brand feels compelled to increase their price closer to the more "popular" competition on the assumption that consumers think cost equates quality.

My cats love this variety of food and I was happy to order online as I could order 60 cans and have it delivered. I'm concerned though that when unpacking the cans, almost every other one was dented or had the labels coming off. I checked and the expiration date is good there are no leaks on the cans and I'm hoping the quality of the food won't be affected. What happened during shipping? Looks like the package was thrown around quite a bit.

I don't know why my cat doesn't want even to give a try. He sniffed and went away. I've tried 2 different flavors, but he'd rather be hungry than give a try by tasting the food. So sad. I bought a whole case. I wish I bought a small pack for him to taste first. I don't really want to post a overall rating because I don't feel it's fair for the brand.

My kitties love this food, but I hate that it always comes in damaged, at least 2 cans and then others are dented and it’s just a mess, having to clean all the cans plus the fact I can only use 58 of the 60 or less. I wanted to add pictures but it won’t let me, but I see others have posted pictures of what it looks like. I do mean every time it’s damaged, I don’t blame Sams club, I blame the delivery company

I am very disappointed that Sams would put a limit on this item called the call center and was told that I could only purchase 5 per MONTH REALLY!!! when the store says limit 5 per purchase not per month!!!! I feed street cats NOW THEY ARE GOING TO STARVE!!!
