I gave this delivery a 4 rating because it was not packaged properly. Eight of the cans were busted open and food was on every other can and products in the box. This was my very first time using shipping method. I have learned NEVER order but ONE box of canned pet food at a time.

Personally, I couldn't tell you how it tastes. But it does smell pretty good and the porch cats really seem to like it. My Friskies brings all the boys to my yard, so it MUST be better than yours... Anyway- I'm glad I can get so many cans at such a great price.

I love this pack of 60 cans BUT I used to be able to buy at the club, but it is now offering only the Patte' kind instead of this kind. I wished they offered both kinds. Not all cats like just one kind. So in order to get this kind of cat food in the can with the gravy, I have to order it online. I wished I had both options to buy it.

We usually pick these up from Sam’s. But the store didn’t have any. It was available for shipping and as Plus members we could get free shipping. At least three cans had burst open from impact. Many cans were dented. Maybe better packaging or handling required if shipped.

Product is excellent with a reasonable price point. However should be wary of having product shipped as inadequate protection was provided. In my case, four of the 60 cans were dented so bad that seals were broken making those four products unusable.

I am a Cat Rescuer and buy this product regularly. I've had it shipped to me as a donation, and I have purchased it physically in store. Two of the boxes that were shipped within the past month had 100% dented cans. One box had 11 that were opened at the top seam and rancid. The other box had 10 that were opened at the top seam and rancid. Sam's Club was quick to replace them, but clearly there is something wrong if the cans are dented inside the Friskies boxes inside the Sam's shipping boxes The box that I picked up in store last weekend had three that were opened at the top. You can't see this from the outside unless the product has oozed out or smells. Not sure if it's the manufacture's fault or something that occurs during shipping and handling, but I have been purchasing this product from various stores for over 30 years. This issue is new for me. Makes me wonder if the product is being packaged that way, and sold at a discount. A few months ago, I noticed that the sound of the cans opening was different and the cans felt lighter. It's possible that Friskies changed the packaging and this is the result. As a rescuer, I'm always trying to save money and buying in bulk helps. But it's a disgusting thing to have to deal with.

I feed 5 - 6 cats daily. 3 indoor and 2-3 ferals. I purchased this 60 ct gravy lovers pack hoping that they would all love it....or at least eat it. No such luck. The only flavors that they would all eat were the 2 shreds. A few picked at the chicken fillet, but NONE not even the starving outdoor cats that lick all of their bowls would touch the Beef flavor. I am so dissapointed since it is not easy for me to help these poor animals. I have heard that Friskies changed thier recipe on their wet food and that makes sense. Since I can't return, I guess I will donate the 48 cans that are left to the local animal shelter.

Our cats like this more, allmost like table food with the gravy.
