My daughter is Autistic and is very sensitive to certain flavors and lemon is one of them. Therefore, it was hard to get her to cosume it but I made a way. It has helped with tummy issues though.

She didn't enjoy it though as she was expecting it to be a fun flavor. She didn't notice when it was added to food versus in a drink. The single serving packs are convenient and appreciate that the product is allergy friendly and doesn't contain sugar.
