I love that they are not sweetened, no dyes, and you can mix into food or drink. I imagine if you mix into hot food it may kill the probiotics though so I'd stick with cold.

It mixes easily in water. It has a slight sweet taste to it. This probiotic helps support kids' immune and digestive systems. The recommendation is to take one packet per day with or without food. This product can be mixed with food.

It's easy to mix with liquid so you can give it to them easily and they like the taste of it. I like this brand better than the other brand I tried before.

They usually take a gummy probiotic which they can easily just chew and I know they have taken the full dosage. Mixing this with the water I had to ensure and keep reminding them that they needed to finish that specific cup of water to ensure they just the full amount of the supplement. I think this would be better for someone who’s kids have an issue with taking a gummy/chewable vitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The individual packets are very convenient to use, I mix it with milk, when it’s mixed with water alone, my child did not like the taste, I don’t think it’s bad, it tastes like mineral water to me. I started to incorporate this probiotics in my 3 years old child’s diet daily a week ago, not sure about its long term effect, at least there’s no bad side effect, and it seems to help with her digestion.
