Not it I need to take back I just bought it and the light is already out

Overall the iron seemed to work well, but after the first use the indicator lights stopped working. It's impossible to tell by looking whether or not the iron is on and what temp it's at, so it's really not safe to use.

I've had this straightener for 5 years. I bought it in person. I can straighten my thick curly hair in about 15 minutes and it always comes out silky straight. I almost want to buy a 2nd one just in case mine breaks and they discontinue this. Better than a Chi I own.

I've owned this straightener for several years now and I love it. It exceeded my expectations by far. I've never owned a straightener that has lasted this long or that I liked this much. It has never damaged my hair and I use it about twice a week every week for about three years now. I wont travel without it.

I bought this product and used it and immediately with the first touch to my hair it was not all nice all sleek and gets the hair all shiny like it says it does. It went up against my hair roughly and my hair is not necessarily thick. It's rather thin if you ask me. I do not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and buy the less expensive one by Remington. I took this one back in place of that one (by Remington) and I'm very pleased as punch with my results!! :) I hope this was helpful to you guys and gals out there.

I bought this straightener a few days ago because my other one had stopped working. I love this product. It leaves my hair feeling great. You have to spend a little time on the hair to get it really straight..you cant just swipe it really fast and expect it to be straight. it still only takes a little more than 5 minutes usually and my hair is pretty long. i would def. recommend this product to other girls!

this snagged my hair and wasnt all that great. I paid $40 but it was worth about 20. it seemed all good looking at the box but when i actually used it it kinda hurt my hair and didnt straighten all that great. Iv had much beter ones. I got it yesterday and returned it today, my advice would be be to get a different one. :P

I have used this product for about a week and it works very well. I have naturally curly hair and when I let my hair dry without the hair dryer my hair is very curly. I let this product warm up and it straightens my hair within 10 minutes. I would give this product an excellent rating.

Okay, maybe I'm nuts, but I have four of these... one in my bathroom, one in my camper, one in my overnight bag, and one for a spare! The oldest one must be about 3 years old now. I straighten my unmanageable hair DAILY without exception. I just really like the way these feel in my hand, they are comfortable and easy to hold/use. Large enough but not clunky or awkward. They have been holding up well, I've had no trouble with any of them so far. They work as well or better for me than super-expensive straighteners (which I've also tried....)

I bought this hair straightener and would agree with the reviews that it does not come in the red color. When I received does have heat adjustment it's on the side. Also I do not recommend this one because I received two and they were both on level where the hot plates come together pinching the hairs on one end which means that you can't hold it tight enough to get the hair straight. I am returning it to Sam's Club now
