great picture

seems fine to me. i did have a problem with it not accepting my password after i had shut off the samsung tv plus feature, so there were headaches getting back on. had to change the password, went in via google, etc.

set up

There is nothing smart about this Samsung TV. This is my third Samsung. We have one in the living room, in the den and now bedroom. This was the hardest to set up. Took over 6 hours to get it to work. So disappointed.

Why buy anything else?

We bought 2 of them. Easy set-up, Good picture quality and sound. The ***FREE*** Samsung TV Plus is amazing. Over 300 free channels. Also customer service is top notch. We own 6 TVs and 5 are Samsung. No problems for years.

love the Samsung TV features

very happy with TV. When my cable went down it was awesome to discover Samsung TV, through Wi-Fi, and i have been watching more than cable. it is even making me question the high cable bills too. thanks!!

So many Samsung products,maybe not the next time

Bought it a few months ago for break room at work,not like it gets many hours of use. Already had it go so dark on its own and sounded so muffled I had to do a factory reset. Sound is back but picture still too dark with all settings cranked up.

Good picture, sound is bad.

Volume changes up and down even tho I have the automatic volume set. Settings of volume level are hard to just adjust one number at a time. Always wants to jump 2-3 numbers either up or down. Sound seems muffled to me.

Very nice Smart TV

I just bought this Smart TV for our bedroom. It comes on right away, no warming up. Beautiful picture/color. I sure hope it doesn’t poop out in a year. We are very happy with it.

Great picture but no Bluetooth

Picture is great and it's the perfect size for a bedroom. Only disappointment I have is it doesn't have Bluetooth to connect a sound bar so I have to use the optical cable. I just assumed it had Bluetooth and didn't even check so it my fault.

Bright, sharp picture

Had an older 22" 720 Samsung, but wanted a larger 1080. Great TV. Would make the sleep feature simple like the older one as you have to program it if you want to set it in the middle of the night. Everything else is excellent.
