Don't Waste Your Money - Poor Quality Product!

Really BAD quality - I wish I could give Zero Stars! The WiFi failed at 7 months, randomly changes channels while searching Guide, loses OTA antenna signal when Sony 32" in other room has it, processor gets overwhelmed & stops sound or picture or all, goes to blue screen & unplug restart is recommended fix, & other features failed within 1st year or so. Things started failing right after the vendor's 6 month return policy expired. This has poor quality junk components, undersized "smart" TV processor & memory, & really bad software/programming. The Samsung walk-in warranty is worthless, & it costs more to fix under warranty than buy something else non-Samsung. The one good thing is Samsung Plus streaming channels. This is no way to build confidence in Samsung's high priced big TVs which we now will NOT consider!

The 32" FHD is excellent

I bought this 32"FHD TV 2 weeks ago and so far I am enjoying it fully. It has clean sharp picture and colors and easy to use controls. I placed the TV in my bedroom for viewing before bed and when I wake in the morning, so I use it on a limited daily basis, but I look forward to the years ahead

picture great, sound horrible

The TV picture is excellent. That being the most important item. The legs that the TV sits on are very flimsy and seem to be tilted to the back. The biggest issue is the sound. We've had a few different brands of TV's and the sound on this is like the cheapest TV you can buy. They have adjustments in the menu, but it makes no difference. Very tinny sound and no depth whatsoever. now i have to buy a soundbar to add to the mix. if you are looking for good...even reasonable sound...keep looking.

Problem with power, tv will not turn on.

Purchased this tv just before Christmas, and immediately had the problem with the tv not turning on sometimes. I have used the reset of unplugging the set and waiting 10 minutes before turning it back on. This works but I don't see why I should have to use this process 2 or three times a week. I will have no choice but to return the set if this problem continues.

Poor sound

I received this tv a week ago and the sound is so bad. Even at low volume, there is distortion, vibration and there is no bass. it's not a joke, the sound on my cell phone is literally better than the TV. So bad that it ruins movies. I had to buy a sound bar and the tv doesn't come with Bluetooth. Seriously come on Samsung, I thought you were able to do way better then that! The color is great and it's easy to install but that's about it. I bought a Samsung tv 8 years ago and I was impressed by the picture and sound quality, but not anymore. I am very disappointed and next time I will buy with an other company.

Another Great TV

I’ve had this tv for about 3 years now and I love it. I use it primarily as a work monitor and am pleased. The wifi works great, used a few of the apps and I love live channels app. The only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is that every once in a blue it gets ‘dark’. Not blackout dark but super dim. I thought it was the adaptive light feature, which I love btw, but no. I can say it’s happened so rarely it’s not worth making a fuss. The ambient light feature works well, could be better but it does do a pretty good job at adapting as it faces the sun (screen). It does have a few hiccups when it gets dark trying to compensate. Overall I would definitely buy this tv again and recommend it. Mine was open box buy and it was a steal. Samsung tv’s hands down are worth what you pay for. This little 32”s picture is close to my Samsung 55” plasma, but no cigar. It is very clear and crisp and on par with my life’s good in the other room that’s 10” bigger. This is my 4th Samsung and they all are still kicking from 12 years old down to this one. I couldn’t stand by and let the low star reviews dog my little workhorse!

Works ok but the sound acts up every now and then.

Works ok but the sound acts up every now and then. On day 3 it sounded super loud and messed up. I ended up resetting the whole tv to fix it but it did fix it. Now every now and then the sound acts up and I have to reset the tv and it does fix it. Unfortunately it's a bit of a pain to re-log in on everything to get it all working but it can be done. Sound and picture normally is fine by me!

Great for my purpose!

The only problem I personally had was trying to attach the stand/feet. It seemed that the screws didn't want to go in correctly. Picture is great, it is really cool how it lets you use your smart phone to set it up. It is a very technical and able to be personalized if you are into that, personally I am just happy with default settings. The sound is sometimes wonky but I noticed it has more to do with the channels so no issues there. I've owned it for about 2 months now and it is only used in our master bed when me and the kiddo want to lay down or hubby and I do movie night.

Great price for great product

Using this to replace failing Vizio and was blown away by the picture quality and capabilities of this tv in switching from HDMI ports as well as the smart abilities. Picture is great even when streaming or playing a video from my Plex app off Roku. I would buy again.

Lightweight Quality, Perfect Bedroom size

I bought this to replace a bedroom device. I wanted to go Samsung becuase of their quality, and I have a samsung phone which I wanted to integrate with. Everything turned out very well. The quality of the display is amazing, and I'm extremely happy with the color and shading of the TV, it vibrant and black levels are really good. The thing about this TV is that the newer 2018 TV software is on point, fast and covers pretty much everything from youtube, to HBO and on. The wireless networking is a breeze to setup and the quad cores in this thing make it snappy fast an responsive to input and moving around the gui. Mounting is a breeze. I use a non-typical articulated arm mount, which can lay back against the wall if wanted, but I like to have it positioned in a way that I can control the tilt and other adjustments depending on where I've decided to be in the room. The incredibly light aspect of this TV is a huge benefit for those that want to have an articulated adjustable wall mount, or have control over its position away from the wall. I thought something was wrong when I got the delivery, because of how light it is! IMHO, 4k UHD isn't necessary if you are hanging it on a wall on the other side of the room, or at least have the smaller TVs closer to you - your perception will not see those fine details unless you get the huge TV on your wall, or at least have a smaller one very close. There is a chart out there that recommends viewing distance for UHD and beyond displays, beyond that distance your eyes aren't really seeing what you paid for. Summary: Absolutely no issues. Software and wireless connectivity are really snappy, fast and encompasses pretty much all the the streaming sites out there. The lightness of the TV makes mounting easy, and the the last reason - Quality: The screen is amazing and the color and how it handles shading is what I have come to expect from Samsung devices. I don't think you could go wrong unless you bought it but wanted UHD instead. Its a nice peice of technology and does 1920x1080 with ease.
