Seems to be an excellent television.

First of all the delivery went very well and both boxes were in pristine condition. The television was easy to put together and coordinate with my cable and streaming services. Color and picture are very good. The only problem I found was I had to use AV cables to connect my cable box because I could not fit the HDMI and the Amazon fire HDMI at the same time. The little outlets are too close together and would not fit side-by-side. But that solved the problem for now and everything is fine. I do hate it that all the new TVs have legs on each end instead of a pedestal in the middle. You have to have a surface wide enough for it to stand on. But it seems all manufacturers are doing this right now. I’m sure it’s cheaper and more lightweight to ship. But I don’t have to like it ...

Nice color, sound not so great. Have to unplug the tv every other day because it has a problem remembering the Wi-Fi. Sent tv in for repair when I first purchased and Samsung says they made a network replacement. Still does the exact same thing. And SmartThings is just as sad.

Still love Samsung but TV could be tweaked

Bought both a 32" and a 50" UHD TV for my mom and I, pricing couldn't be better for the quality and sizes. The picture quality, size and price are perfect. The odd thing that occurred was, because the picture is so bright & clear with UHD/4k TV, when you watch horror movies they're too 'bright' or 'well lit' and no longer as scary, lol. My other issue is the amount of HDMI and other slots as you need more, hence why I didnt give it a perfect score. The previous models had more hdmi/ USB slots than these. I ended up buying an hdmi splitter to plug in all my equipment, soundbar, multiple video game systems, etc. Another issue we both had was when you first start using the TV, the remote were very wonky, not registering when pointed at the TV, very sensative when pressing the buttons so you would fly by the selection you were trying to make. They didnt work properly until after updating twice. Sometimes there are connectivity issues. This used to happened during the first 2 weeks, but again, after updating it seems to have corrected itself. Otherwise, so far, both TVs are doing well.

Not pleased to read about other's having problems.

I had my last Samsung TV, for 10 years before the screen went black. It was a little smaller then the 32" I just bought less then a month ago. The 32" is Full HD and so far it looks great. I had some problems getting it functioning after mounting it to the wall. Call Samsung and after an hour and a half on the phone finally got it working. The remote control buttons are way to small and my fingers tips are big. I keep missing the button I was told by the tech to press. Being on the phone and holding the remote control and looking at the TV screen at the same time for an hour and a half was enough to drive me nuts. Please Samsung make the remote and the buttons bigger. Other than that, I'm happy now.

Great TV

I Purchased this 32" Samsung LED TV (1080p) to Replace a 10-15 year old 32" Emerson LCD TV (720p) . I had the Emerson mounted on the Wall and wanted the Samsung in the same place. I Couldn't believe the difference in weight, probably a good 15-20 lb. difference. This made putting the New Samsung on the Wall Mount very easy. I have a Rabbit Ear Antenna hooked to it via Coax and am also Streaming. The picture is crisp and clear whether using the Antenna or WiFi. I purchased this TV because I have a 55" Samsung 7 Series (4k) that I really have been happy with for about 4 years. Both TV's have very similar Streaming Bars, Remotes and Onscreen Settings, making it very easy for me to navigate. I have the Smart Things App on my iPhone 12 Pro and it too works flawlessly. Overall, a Great TV. I love it and would recommend it even though I've only owned it a little over a week.

The TV isn't matching the specifications

I bought this TV 30 days ago and I'm not satisfied at all. I have 3 Samsung TV already, and that's the only thing why I bough this new one. Problems: This "Smart TV" isn't smart at all. It can't play .avi files. Reports that they aren't supported. It has problems playing mp4 files. It can't load external subtitles for .mkv files. Although they have the same file name. Main thing is that THIS ALL WORKS WELL with my other 3 year old tv, 40J6202 model. Auto shutdown timer function is "burried" deep inside the settings, not user friendly at all. It's not in quick settings, although it should be. There's no icon.

Great Pic Quality, But Very Stressful To Navigate

First of all, I had a difficult time placing on the legs because it required a tiny phillips screwdriver. Then I couldn't use the TV until I registered with Samsung. requiring an email and a password. WHen I turned on the TV is asked me for my email and password. If I made a typo, I had to re-enter all the information again. The remote had no light so I had to turn on a light to view the controls. It is difficult to usethe features on the remote. If I knew how much stress it would cause to operate this TV, I wouldn not have purchased it.

Would buy again

Easy to set up. Only tricky thing was the buttons on the remote. They are very small/close together so kept messing up typing in wifi password bc I kept backing out of the screen but after a few uses there’s no problem using the remote. Super clear picture n great sound.

Overall quality and price

I bought this TV a month ago and it is working great. I would only hope Samsung TVs would have extra HDMI ports..Mine has two... One for my cable and one for my Blue Ray..I needed another for my PC..Had to get an adapter but then I have to change the input .. Instaed of just direct tuning...

Needed Small and Got It

I am sold on Samsung HH TV and had limited space for this application. Found the perfect solution with this 32" version. Perfect clarity, great sound and easy use. Love that it comes with Samsung TV channels and interfaces easily with Spectrum cable services.
