I bought this TV for my sister who is in a board and care. This TV is not as user friendly as I anticipated. Trying to find instructions regarding adding apps was difficult and I still haven't figured out how to delete them. We tried to sync Bose wireless noise canceling headphones without success. The picture quality is great.

The product has a flaw. I now have had two of these both have the same issue. The on function is terribly inconsistent whether using the remote or the manual switch. I read other reviews indicating unplugging the power cord to turn on and both of mine do the same thing. Not a good show Samsung

No Bluetooth audio, no explanation of the ports on the back anywhere. Had to buy a 3rd party Bluetooth transmitters to connect remote sound system. There are obvious RCA connections that everyone has known about for years, but there are two RCA connections I find absolutely no explanation for which is maddening.

Sound would cut-out while watching tv channel program. Tv hooked-up to my Sony sound bar. It happens very intermittantly and all I have to do is change channel to get sound back again. Samsung tech no help! Would not purchase another Samsung!! My sister had to ditch her Samsung due to eventually learning of power supply defect. (BOTH 32" TV's)

First of all the delivery went very well and both boxes were in pristine condition. The television was easy to put together and coordinate with my cable and streaming services. Color and picture are very good. The only problem I found was I had to use AV cables to connect my cable box because I could not fit the HDMI and the Amazon fire HDMI at the same time. The little outlets are too close together and would not fit side-by-side. But that solved the problem for now and everything is fine. I do hate it that all the new TVs have legs on each end instead of a pedestal in the middle. You have to have a surface wide enough for it to stand on. But it seems all manufacturers are doing this right now. I’m sure it’s cheaper and more lightweight to ship. But I don’t have to like it ...

Samsung offers the best 32" TV you can buy today - and we tested it, side by side, with other competitors. The picture quality and colour depth of the Samsung was markedly superior, and we just returned the other TVs to their respective suppliers. At this price point, choosing the Samsung is a literal no-brainer.

The TV itself is of great quality. Audio and video solid. I struggle with aspects of the remote control design--the lack of a "sleep" button drives me crazy (there is a sleep timer, but it's about 5 menus deep in the settings). Other things on the remote aren't intuitive and could be more streaming-friendly, but overall I'm pleased with the combination of quality and price point.

Really BAD quality - I wish I could give Zero Stars! The WiFi failed at 7 months, randomly changes channels while searching Guide, loses OTA antenna signal when Sony 32" in other room has it, processor gets overwhelmed & stops sound or picture or all, goes to blue screen & unplug restart is recommended fix, & other features failed within 1st year or so. Things started failing right after the vendor's 6 month return policy expired. This has poor quality junk components, undersized "smart" TV processor & memory, & really bad software/programming. The Samsung walk-in warranty is worthless, & it costs more to fix under warranty than buy something else non-Samsung. The one good thing is Samsung Plus streaming channels. This is no way to build confidence in Samsung's high priced big TVs which we now will NOT consider!

It sucks! I have 2 Samsung tvs in our vacation home in Europe and they are great. This one in the US just sucks. My direct tv stream app has no functionality. And that’s the reason why I bought this thing. The remote has different functions for every app. This is stupid!

pros: great remote with easy apps and a sleep button thats readily accessible. nice onscreen access to apps. smartcast is user friendly. great price. cons: picture is just so-so and took manual adjusting to get it just right. it was just too small for my space. i should have known better. returned for a larger set
