Good TV Great picture

Arrived on time. Well packaged. Easy to set up. Much lighter than our old TV. Great picture, good sound. Fits perfectly in our corner cupboard. Just what we were looking for although we will probably never use some of the smart features. We have cable TV so have to use the Xfinity control for changing channels, and the Sony control for on/off.

Great TV, with one frustrating problem...

I've had this TV for about a month now, and I'm pretty happy with it. The picture quality is great, although there are some adjustments that need to be made to eliminate some minor color bleed and from appearing somewhat washed out. The added capability for HDR is a really nice feature; games like Horizon: Zero Dawn look even more amazing than they did before. This being my first Smart TV that I've owned, the ability to access most of my favorite video streaming websites, along with other exclusive channels through TV+, is pretty cool. However, as others have mentioned, the audio leaves much to be desired; my older, roughly 10 year-old HDTV had much better speakers. Unfortunately, here's where my experience goes way south. We purchased two of these TVs for our household, and they both have the same problem; the TV randomly decides not to turn on. Whether using the remote or pressing the button on the TV itself, the red light flashes and responds, but...nothing. Only unplugging the TV and plugging it back in fixes the problem. I don't know if I will have to get a replacement or what, but it's a pretty ridiculous, very annoying issue to have. Other than that, I definitely recommend this model. Affordable price, lightweight, clear picture, grab this model if you're looking for a great mid-size FHD TV.

Nice picture but lacking everywhere else

I bought this to go in a den... converted to a bar. I mounted it high on a wall. The picture is clear, and while the screen is small it looks appropriate for the space. It performs well in this area. The negatives? The "smart tv" menus are poorly designed and it is difficult to navigate, particularly on the size screen. The available apps are limited. I like using a screen saver to flip through photos in this setting... but the very common screen saver app I use is not available. It does support Plex, so that was a win. The remote is clunky, difficult to read and overly complicated. So this is all fixed by adding a streaming device, but thats more money spent. I was disappointed that it doesn't support Bluetooth for audio. I believe it supports optical and wifi... but that means if I want to improve the tinny sound it will take another purchase. I'm happy with the purchase, but they could have done a better job.

My 32" Samsung Smart TV

I love it! The only thing I would change is to make the remote larger. Lots of buttons! Too easy to slip up and hit something to make you have to start over when you are entering information for an account. Would be great if it was backlit, too. Otherwise it's just the best: excellent clarity and picture, sound good enough to dispense with a sound bar, clean design.

Easy set for all your apps even for a senior lady

I purchased this Samsung TV based upon Consumer Reports top rating for small TVs. Walmart.com had better price than Amazon and others, fast free delivery from Walmart.com, good TV for bedroom or smaller rooms. Very light weight TV so easy to take out of the box and set up. Sound is a bit tinny at higher volume but at normal listening level not bad, good HD picture, and easy set for all your apps even for a senior lady so streaming is a breeze.

Great TV for bedroom

i bought this for my bedroom. the picture quality and sound are great. it's a great tv for watching for falling asleep or to stream something you really want to see. my only issue is with the remote control. since i watch this typically to fall asleep i use the sleep timer every night. my old tv had the sleep button right on the remote control. to get to the sleep timer on this tv i have to press the remote at least 10 times to get to that function. it has nothing to do with quality but it would be easier to use.

21st Century - NO SLEEP TIMER - Who knew???

very disappointed, tv pic is great as usual for Samsung however I bought it for my bedroom, (NO SLEEP TIMER) THAT SEEMS RIIDICULOUS IN THIS DAY AND TIME! Now I have to go back and find another tv or my bedroom (shop again) grrrrrrrrrr. Who knew they still made them without sleep timers in the 21st century but I also realized when I began reading the paperwork this tv is actually two years old, I want a newer tv, I mean I just bought it 2 weeks ago.

Horrible user interface.

Most complex setup of any TV I have ever purchased. Took it back same day. If I would have kept it I would have ended up throwing something through the screen. There was nothing intuitive when navigating the menus. Didn't even bother to try to get rid of unused icons for Hulu, AppleTV, HBO Max, etc. that I don't subscribe to. If it's even possible. Purchased a Roku based TV and it's very easy to add or subscription services that I do subscribe t0 like Paramont+, Peacock, or FuboTV.

TV can’t crashing our break every other week

Tv worked fine at first after a while the applications did my work and eventually the picture would never show and all I’m left with is a black screen and sound. There were so many issues filing a service request I’m gonna just end up throwing away the tv because it is trash now. And a waste of money.
