Tv started arcing inside and tried to catch on fire. Scared my mom to death. Still waiting for my return pickup and reimbursement to my credit card. It has been over 2 weeks now. What has happened at Sams. Used to be very good to take care of things now they are not. I think I will cancel my membership

This is a very nice TV. We purchased it for our RV and we love it. It includes a program guide for when you are running off of an antenna, and is very easy to use. Picture is beautiful with high resolution, and it's super light weight which makes it easy to mount on the wall. The television was shipped and delivered quickly as well.

Did not work upon arrival. When turned on just has lines on the screen

Love the tv but the HDMI1 did not work. It will be returned but another one has been ordered.

Lightweight, sturdy stand, great price and excellent picture.

Turned in our cable boxes and needed a smart TV for the bedroom. Love all the apps.

Sound/speaker is out in less than a year.

I'm happy with my Samsung. The picture is clear and it works.The colors are bright.

I found set up and operation confusing. I guess the TV is smart, me not so much. I'll have to one of the children show me how to operate . Picture is good. I'm sure I figure out how to navigate the controls I'll be fine

Not happy with purchase. It’s an older model and not as nice as even a couple of years older Samsung smart tv I purchased. It comes with an older remote, not the self-charging solar remote like my other tv and what is most current.
