Short lived

I bought this TV in March 2019 and about 3 months in started having issues turning it on or off. I contacted Samsung in September and was issued a refund for the TV after I shipped it back to them. Great picture and features but wanted a TV to last more than 6 months. SAVE THE BOX

Not enough space

The factory settings take up so much memory on this TV that it cannot handle any streaming apps. We tried everything recommended on YouTube and finally reset to factory and realized that it only had enough space for what it comes with. If you plan to use Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, or any streaming, this is NOT the tv for you. Very disappointed, as we are a Samsung family.
