Samsung tvs are more money than other brands and while they are a bit nicer they may not be worth the extra. That being said I wanted all of our TVs to run the same way so well stick with Samsung. Excellent picture and easy to use and set up.

I purchased five of these for bedrooms in our beach house. Easy setup, connection to WiFi, and the internet. Everyone worked perfectly. Great picture and intuitive operation.

This is a great tv for the price. Picture quality is very good, and options are also good. Relatively easy to remotely connect to my tv provider so we can stream shows and movies.

I like the fact that the delivery was prompt and as scheduled. Otherwise - this was a gift and I can only report that the recipient was very pleased.

TV is nice, but it cuts out occasionally. Picture quality is good. It was about a week or so late to arrive, I had to contact fed-ex myself. I contacted Sam's Club twice.

It's got a really nice picture but the volume is erratic. Sometimes it won't respond to the remote and sometimes it's so low you can hardly hear it and it won't go louder. Other times it's fine.

I purchased the TV for my grandson. I never got to see it because they didn’t put the correct screws in the kit to put the feet on the bottom of the TV so we had to put everything back and return it to the store.

The manual is a joke! The customer service is out of Manila and you can not understand them and it turns out they do not know what they are taking about - it took me 4 hours to set up! Don’t buy

After three months of use, the sound was uncontrollable. It was too loud, even on a "2" setting. I reset the sound and it didn't help. It wasn't the cable box because streaming programs had the same issue.
