Doesn't Taste the Same

This cookie dough used to taste great. However, after getting it again since it has been brought it tastes way off and nothing like it used to. They must have changed ingredients and it isn't as good anymore.

Good but sad

I like the cookies and that the dough is edible, but I really wish there was a way to buy a roll of the dough without the chocolate chips haha. I don't like chocolate but the dough is my favorite and it's different than a regular sugar cookie dough because of the molasses. Is there a way to make that happen?

Unusually salty

After baking the cookie were so salty. I am not certain if it was this batch or if Pillsbury always makes their cookie dough extra salty. Perhaps the reason could be that this cookie dough can be eaten without baking and their is some preservative ingredients which makes it saltier. I will stick with Tollhouse.

A slice of bread makes these fantastic!!

These are the best cookies and easiest to make. I found that they tend to be hard after making but I found a great trick and you will be amazed at the difference. After making put in a sealed container like a lock in lock and put a slice of bread on top. After 2-3 hours they will be so-- good and the bread will be hard it takes all the moisture out of the cookie you'll be so glad to try this tip and tell your friends it really works.

Bad batches/ did they change?

This is the 3rd tub I’ve gotten the past couple months and they are all bad. The dough is really dark and cookies turn out flat and darker. Don’t taste right. I’ve been buying these for years and our favorite! Did they change or are these just bad batches?!! Not expired

Pillsbury Chocolate Cookie Dough

I have used this cookie dough for years for various events. Adding pecans, I get many comments on how delicious these cookies are. Its almost like a secret recipe. People ask me for the recipe and I'll have to confess its Pillsbury chocolate cookie dough from Sams. I love this cookie dough so please continue carrying this product.
